How to monitor your heart rate with Android or iOS device

For iOS devices

First, let us see how to monitor and track your heart rate using your iOS devices. This trick will essentially work on any iPhone that has a camera lens and a flashlight.

Step 1:

Download and install the Heart Rate Monitor, Pulse App on your iPhone.

Once the app is installed on your iPhone, launch the app from the home screen of your device.

Step 3:

Now, after you pass the initial information screens, you will be asked to enter some details like your age, height, weight, and gender to better help you to monitor and track your heart rate using the app.

Step 4:

Once you have entered all the relevant information, you can now proceed to use the app to monitor your heart rate.

All you have to do is place your fingers on top of the camera lens and the flashlight on your iPhone and make sure it covers them completely.

The app will also indicate to you once you have placed your fingers perfectly in position.

Step 5:

After a few seconds, the app will finish monitoring your heart rate and will record it for you to track your heart rate conditions.

Step 1:

Step 2:

Once the app is downloaded, launch the app from the app drawer on your Android phone.
